ZWFC runs on passion — from the players who train before dawn to the coaches who give their time freely. Volunteers are the backbone of everything we do.
Whether you can give two hours a month or two days a week, your contribution makes a real and measurable difference to women and girls across Zanzibar.
All roles are voluntary. Select one or more when you apply below.
Help set up and manage matchdays — from registration and crowd management to water stations and post-match clean-up.
Capture the moments that tell our story. Document training sessions, matches, and community events.
Support our coaches during training sessions. No coaching licence required — enthusiasm and reliability are enough.
Join our outreach team to bring football sessions to schools and communities across Zanzibar.
Help with club administration, social media, newsletters, and community engagement.
Help coordinate or provide transport for players travelling to training and away fixtures.
