Zanzibar Women Football Club is proud to announce the launch of its official website at zwfc.tz — a landmark moment for women’s football on the islands.
The new platform serves as the digital home of ZWFC, the first dedicated women’s football club in Zanzibar, founded in May 2025. The website brings together everything supporters, players, and partners need in one place — from membership sign-ups and player sponsorships to club news, match reports, and community outreach updates.
A Platform Built for Impact
The website was designed and built by Zanziholics Digital Agency as a donated service to the club — reflecting the agency’s commitment to empowering women-led organisations in Zanzibar. The platform features a secure membership portal, an Adopt a Player sponsorship programme, a community football request system, and an integrated payment gateway powered by Oyaah Events and Pesapal.
Membership Now Open
Supporters from around the world can now join ZWFC as official members, with four membership tiers starting from just $5 per month. Each membership comes with a digital membership card, access to the member portal, and exclusive club updates.
Adopt a Player
One of the most exciting features of the new website is the Adopt a Player programme — allowing sponsors to directly fund a specific player’s football journey, covering training kits, match transport, and competition fees.
